With space for up to six people, the home provides long-term placements and respite support in a safe, nurturing and highly personalised environment where people can build confidence, develop independence and achieve positive outcomes.

The home supports people from the age of 13 onwards, offering a calm, structured and highly personalised setting where each person can receive the support they need to feel safe, valued and understood.
Whilst Harden supports adults of all ages, the home has particular experience in supporting young people as they approach adulthood and begin their transition into adult services.
Our focus is always on understanding the person, not just their diagnosis or presenting needs. By taking time to understand each person’s story, strengths, routines and goals, we can shape support around what helps them feel safe, settled and able to move forward.

Many of the people we support may have experienced placement breakdowns, periods of instability, crisis situations or require a highly individualised approach to care. We work closely with families, commissioners and healthcare professionals to create tailored support that promotes safety, dignity, choice and quality of life.
