About Pegasus Care

Our Story

Built to change lives

Pegasus Care was founded on a simple belief: that the right care, delivered by the right people, can transform lives. Today, we provide residential care, supported living and specialist support for adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, dementia and complex care requirements.

As we grow, our focus remains the same. We want to create safe, nurturing environments where people feel known, valued and supported to live with dignity, confidence and choice.

Every Pegasus Care service has its own character, but all are guided by the same commitment to quality, compassion and meaningful outcomes.

OUR VALUES

The HEART of Pegasus Care

Our HEART values shape how we care, how we work and how we make decisions every day. They are not just words on a wall. They are the behaviours we expect from each other and the standard we set for every service, every role and every interaction.

Pegasus Care leadership team

Pegasus Care is led by an experienced team with a clear focus on quality, safety and continuous improvement. Our leaders work closely with service teams to support strong governance, clear standards and a culture where people feel able to learn, speak up and improve.

Community involvement

Care that reaches beyond our services

Great care does not stop at the front door. At Pegasus Care, we believe people should feel connected to the communities around them. We are committed to building local relationships and creating opportunities for the people we support to be active, valued members of society.

One recent example is our partnership with the GoodGym community, whose volunteers joined colleagues, residents and local supporters to help transform the garden at St Anthony’s. Together, they created a welcoming outdoor space for residents, families and visitors to enjoy. Projects like this reflect what we believe in: collaboration, kindness and shared purpose.

A collage of nine photos shows people enjoying activities like dining, shopping, bowling, visiting a stadium, using arcade games, and spending time outdoors together.

OUR CARE TECHNOLOGY

Supporting safer, smarter care

Good care depends on having the right information available at the right time.

That is why Pegasus Care uses Bloom Support, a digital care management system that helps our teams keep care plans, daily notes, medication information, compliance records and key updates in one secure place.

By supporting clearer communication, accurate record keeping and real-time reporting, Bloom helps our teams provide care that is more consistent, responsive and person-centred.

As an NHS-accredited system, Bloom also gives families, professionals and commissioners added reassurance that important care information is managed safely and responsibly.
